Colonial Treasurer:

I move

(a) That this Council approves the construction

of a Second Cross Harbour Pipe at an

estimated cost of $375,000.

(b) That this Council authorises the said sum

of $375,000 to be charged to a future

loan and sanctions an advance of

$323,000 on account of this work during

the financial year 1934 from the

surplus balances of the Colony.
